Chat till 5 ET

Brad (Carlisle, PA): Buzz, are the agents telling these guys not to say anything about where they want to play? We'll stop asking if so. Do they really think it would hurt their draft status? Buzzmaster: Not at all. Everything the players say comes straight from their mouths, and I do not think they are really ducking the question, more than just being honest. I mean if someone told you had a chance to play in the NFL, wouldn't that make you happy? Buzzmaster: Heath Benedict OT from Newbury College is here. He's a big dude. LJ-NJ: anyone on the field better than you thought? Heath Benedict : Everyone is good because it is the Senior Bowl. I did not know what to expect as a D2 guy. scott (chicago): Heath how do you think not going to the senior bowl could possably hurt your draft status Heath Benedict : Everyone always questioned my level of competition.

Land a rod-breaking bas in northern Alabama’s lakes

LAKE GUNTERSVILLE, Ala. — Are you looking for a lake where the term "hawg bass" comes to life? If so, you should settle your crosshairs on northern Alabama, where some of the country's most incredible fishing is available within an hour of the Army's Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville.

The 'Bama lakes in the Tennessee River system are legendary for quality bass fishing.

A short casting distance west of Huntsville are Pickwick and Wheeler lakes, two of the biggest destinations for anglers seeking smallmouth bass that will push the rod-breaking 10-pound range.

If largemouth bass is your game, head east of Huntsville to Lake Guntersville, Alabama's biggest lake.

There is a certain allure to using your boat's trolling motor to carefully navigate narrow channels that cut through the thick aquatic vegetation.

College hockey: Tech grad Linder playing for himself and his father

Cloud Tech was always to play Division I somewhere, preferably in the WCHA. The only route, and one that perhaps seemed like a long-shot at times, was to play two years for a junior hockey team based on the Canadian prairie. It was his last chance after a couple of failed attempts to play in the USHL. So, late in the summer of 2002, Ron Linder drove his son to Portage, Manitoba.

There were times when I was ready to give up, said R.J. Linder, a senior at Minnesota State-Mankato, who has played 112 games entering this weekends home-and-home series with St. Cloud State. When times were tough, he always picked me up. He coached me through the years in baseball and football, but hockey was always special. We used to go to North Stars games and I remember he got me my first skates for Christmas when I was about 4 or 5.

Organic on a budget: Healthy isn't expensive after all

And definitely no dining out.

But as a family that also values local and organic fare, we had to ask ourselves: How about just basic groceries? Can we still afford to buy even a few organic products? And, if we choose to pay a little extra, is it worth the price?

After talking to other frugal folks who love to eat and don't want to skimp on healthy food, I've discovered the answer is a resounding "Yes!" Buying organic and local doesn't have to break the bank, they say, but it does require some time and careful planning.

Hip-Hop Rumors: Soulja Boy Disses GZA, Jay, Ye? Lil' Scrappy's New ...

Hip-Hop hasn't been too kind to Lil' Scrappy in the last couple of years. Well, that's got nothing to do with the ladies. I thought Scrappy Doo and Diamond were rock solid, but it would appear that they aren't! Now, we know appearances can be deceiving, but let me explain. AllHipHop.com just got a new columnist, a an actress who is talking about being a fledgling actress. Her name is Noree Victoria. She is very pretty too. Here is her cute pic.

So, from what I understand (and am late on) is that Scrappy's Baby Momma got into a fight with Diamond. After that, Scrappy ended it with Diamond, who used to rap with Crime Mob. Now, you can't write/read a rumor about the girl and not read her column.

Why Warne was never captain

THE seven deadly sins that scuttled Shane Warne's hopes of ever becoming captain of the Australian cricket team have finally been revealed.

In the words of one former Cricket Australia director, the trouble-prone champion leg-spinner "sooner or later . . . would always let you down".

Despite that, the holder of the world record for Test wickets remains in demand.

CA directors are meeting today to decide, among other things, if there is a suitable coaching or promotional job they can offer Warne with a view to using his expertise in spin bowling to unearth future exponents of the art.

The ambivalence with which the men who run the game view Warne is detailed in the first officially sanctioned history of Cricket Australia, the governing body, since 1905.
